Review & Prep
Reviewing and prepping your accommodation ensures that you arrive to a clean, functional space, addressing immediate needs like utilities, safety, and basic amenities. This also helps avoid language barriers with landlords and misunderstandings about contracts, deposits, or local regulations.
Airport Pickup & Initial Transportation
Arriving in a new country can be overwhelming. Reliable airport pickup provides peace of mind, particularly after a long journey. Direct transportation to your accommodation spares you the stress of navigating unfamiliar transit systems or dealing with taxis upon arrival.
City Orientation
Familiarizing newcomers with Mazatlán’s neighborhoods, key landmarks, shopping areas, emergency services, and transportation routes is crucial. City orientation empowers you to move around confidently, understand local customs, and discover essential resources, greatly easing the adjustment period.
Banking & Shopping Assistance
Setting up a local bank account and learning the ins and outs of shopping for essentials in Mexico is often cited as a major challenge. Assistance with banking ensures you can handle financial transactions, pay bills, and purchase goods with ease. Shopping support helps you find reputable stores, understand local products, and manage costs.

Modern life relies on utilities and digital connectivity. Helping you set up electricity, water, gas, as well as cellular and internet services, ensures you have a functioning home and can stay connected with work, family, and friends. Guided support with medical issues such as emergencies, prescriptions, and appointments offers security and peace of mind.

Testimonials from happy newcomers!
Ana Fernandez is your friendly, honest, and very resourceful person in Mazatlán. She is my go to person for so much information and has always been very helpful.
Ana is passionate about making sure each person has the best and safest experiences in Mazatlán.
Before I moved to Mexico I contacted Ana with some initial questions. She walked me through some things that helped settle any nerves I had about the process. She even helped with my new rental before I arrived by hiring someone to clean, doing a walk through with the landlord and even buying me some groceries so I would have coffee the first morning! Ana took me to the Immigration office and assisted me with my canje and made the process very smooth. I can't describe how easy she made everything and how wonderful it was to have her walk me through everything. She was invaluable!
Ana is very knowledgeable with technology and was helpful in helping me with some phone and laptop issues I was having. She explains things in an easy to understand manner.
She also is a great resource for all things Mexico related, specifically to Mazatlán. I was having issues getting through to a Mexican consulate in Canada and Ana was able to assist with that process.
I would recommend Ana and her newcomer services to anyone thinking of moving to Mazatlán.
